Hi, I'm Megan. My housemate is leaving end of August so I'm looking for someone to join me and my dog Merlin in our home from September 1st.
The available room is an ensuite at the top of the house (the entire top floor is yours)!
I am out with Merlin most of the day as he comes to work with me. He is a lurcher (Bedlington/Whippet). We are home for dinner, an evening walk and play time from 7pm until his bed time at 10pm. He sleeps in his bed in my room. You are welcome to get involved if you are a dog lover, or equally I understand if you need your own space. The available room is easy to keep him out of and away from your things.
The house is on a quiet cul de sac just on the edge of town and has off-road parking for your car. I take care of all bills which are currently £156 so your total monthly payment will be £569. We don't have broadband or a TV but I am open to getting both if you want to.
I'm a fairly quiet person and approaching my late thirties so if you are a party person or planning to have people over often then we may not be a great fit. If you are clean and tidy in the kitchen and looking for a peaceful home with a bonus dog to hang out with we will get along just fine!
