Bedroom with own sitting room for rent.

Beautiful Victorian house has bedroom for rent plus your own sitting room (my dining room) in our private home. I do use the dining room for new owners to meet rescue dogs now and again, I keep this room clean after the dogs have been in.
There is my son, my Dogs and I in the house.
So you need to like dogs. They are not allowed upstairs and share my own sitting room. They are not in your face or rooms.

The bedroom has a double bed, but the let is for ONE person.
Your sitting room I use for paperwork and when people come to meet Basset Hounds, or bring one in. I do Basset and Hound rescue. The dogs are quiet at night and daytime unless someone comes to the house of course.

All bills included. Heating is on 24/7 in winter.
The dining room is furnished. You may wish to store some things, there is plenty of space.
Spare bed available for guests.£10 per day.
The village with shop, P O, pub is just a 10 min walk.
Only 4 miles from Ludlow.

All of my lodgers have been very happy here, they moved due to work = new jobs. Or training period ended.
Except one. No heavy drinkers allowed.
Large car park, nice garden, great views, walks.
My son is a mechanic, he will help with any car problems.
All rescue dogs live in summer houses in the yard area.
