Property is fully furnished with a shared bathroom / kitchen and lounge.
Rent is £120 per week with one week in advance .
All 3 current tenants are working and have lived together for over a year. They are a quiet , friendly group who get on very well and are looking for a similar room mate.
We require references from previous landlords. Bedroom has rooftop access .
