i have a spare room to rent im my home
there is dog living at the address, so must like dogs

the room has a single bed on the ground floor next to the toilet which leads to the kitchen area
must be working and supply proof and two checkable references

I spend a lot of time working away so the house will be empty a lot but must help to maintain and clean when there
There is all the facilities of a normal house with living room, large garden
