The room is located on the ground floor. The kitchen which is shared has all the normal amenities. The lounge is also a shared area. The property is only a minute's walk from the centre of town, and you will be sharing with two individual professionals who are relaxed, quiet and very job focused. Whilst there is no additional parking at the property, there is plenty of safe, on street parking close by.
