Room to rent

House share with 1 person in Shrewsbury.

I am moving out of the lovely 3 bedroom cottage I share with my friend and housemate Jess age 36. We are looking for someone to take my room.

Jess is the owner of one friendly springer spaniel . The house has a large garden, kitchen, living room and dinning room, one shared bathroom. Large driveway for parking, can fit 4 cars comfortably

All rooms excluding bedroom are fully furnished. Kitchen equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven/electric hob as shown in photos.

The house has 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom is occupied by Jess. The second and third rooms as they are slightly smaller are used by myself, one as a bedroom and one as a desk/ wardrobe space, these two rooms shown in the photos will be the rooms for the new tenant.
