Housemate wanted

I'm looking for a new house mate to share a 3 bed idyllic cottage situated approximately 15 minutes from Shrewsbury.
The property is a private rental through Balfour's and is situated within the Yeaton-Pevery estate. The appropriate tennant will therefore need to go through reference checks with the letting agent.
It has a large garden space and ample parking, set back from the road up a short track/drive.
There are several public footpaths for those who enjoy an evening stroll/run/ride, plenty of wildlife and the river Perry at the back of the property. It is also just a short drive from Nescliffe Hill for additional scenic rural walks.
The house itself has a cosy lounge with open fireplace which is a shared area, large dining room, downstairs bathroom and quaint kitchen space. There are 3 bedrooms. However, the space that is available will be the two smaller rooms. One room can accommodate a 4ft double bed and wardrobe/ chest of drawers and the second bedroom is a single sized room which is currently in use as a dressing room/ office space. Both rooms would be available to the right tennant so to provide equal share of space and storage. Although the house is furnished, the tennant would need to provide own bedroom furniture.
I am currently working towards an apprenticeship and work for a local NHS trust so will be preoccupied at times. This being said, I do enjoy going for walks, getting the paddle board out and cruising down the river, or going out on adventures.
Most importantly, there is a springer spaniel in the property so the right tennant must feel comfortable around dogs (particularly ones that have a LOT of love to give!).
This property is a home, and I am looking for someone to share a more homely environment with me and enjoy conversations, home cooked meals and evening chills.
The price is to cover rent and bills inclusive of oil for heating and water, council tax, electric, water rates and internet.
Evenings and weekends work best for me for viewings. I look forward to meeting you!
