I am a live in landlord and I live at the property with my very friendly and well behaved cocker spaniel. Dog friendly is therefore essential.
I am looking to rent out a spare double bedroom to a professional person on a mid-week basis. I work from home and so I am unable to offer the room to anyone wishing to WFH.
The room has a double bed, bedside table and large wardrobe. The property has 2 living areas and a kitchen which can be shared. There is parking available on a private drive. There is a small rear garden. All bills included - subject to fair and reasonable use.
