Professional House share

A small but comfortable double bedroom in a modern, clean and well proportioned house is available from 1st May.

I am a professional person who lives at the property with my well behaved and friendly dog. I work from home and I am usually out and about at weekends.

I am looking to share my house with a professional, like minded person who is respectful, clean and friendly.

The available bedroom has a new double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. Shared bathroom comes with bath and shower. Shared kitchen with all appliances. The house has two living areas which means plenty of space to relax in your own space.

There is a small garden to the rear and parking space available to the front of the house.

I am open to sharing my house on a mid-week basis (Monday-Friday) or, for the right person, full time. Rent will be £425 mid week or £550 full time. Rent to be paid monthly and 1month deposit will be required.

All bills included, subject to reasonable/fair use. There is high speed fibre broadband available.

The house is about 1 mile from Oswestry town centre. There is a small corner shop nearby. Nearby bus stops with frequent services.
