--> Furnished room for let in a house refurbished 2 years ago.
--> Train and bus stations a few minutes walk away
--> Rent includes all bills, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls..., cleaner for common areas once per week plus high-speed wireless internet.
--> The bedroom is a small double for one person with good natural light, is fully furnished; bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers (all in antique pine). Most rooms have a tv included but if needed we will provide a 20" flat screen tv (there are good signal freeview connections in all rooms).
--> In shared areas; two washing machines (one has dryer), double oven, two fridge freezers, shared lounge with 42" tv. There is a large conservatory for coats + shoes plus airing space.
--> Outside there is a large driveway with plenty of parking spaces. To the rear there is a patio with bbq and large lawned garden.
--> Inside the house is a strictly no-smoking zone but there is a covered area outside where smoking is permitted.
We have a good network of quality engineers and in the unusual event of a problem, we commit to have any work/ jobs resolved quickly (usually within 24-48 hours).
We are experienced landlords running a professional business and keep our properties to a high standard and hold serious regard for the duty of care we owe to our tenants.
