In shared areas; washing machine, dryer, double oven, two fridge freezers, shared lounge with 42" TV. There is a large conservatory for coats + shoes plus airing space.

Outside there is a large driveway with plenty of parking spaces. To the rear there is a patio area with table and chairs and large lawned garden. There is also a covered outbuilding plus a secure brick shed for bikes etc.

Inside the house is a strictly no-smoking zone but there is a covered area outside where smoking is permitted.
