There is a large entrance room for coats + shoes plus airing space and bikes etc.
Outside ***VERY LARGE PARKING AREA*** with plenty of parking spaces plus additional gravelled car parking area belonging to the property. To the rear there is a patio with large lawned area plus rotary washing line.
Inside the house is a strictly no-smoking zone.
