Double Furnished Room

Room with view over garden. Two single beds, some furniture and TV in room. Not overlooked. Exceptionally quiet location. I am retired so often home. Have a very gentle dog. Standard poodle so doesnt shed any hair. Share all areas of house including bathroom but extra downstairs loo. Looking for an interesting housemate, who has same outlook as me. I would consider a Tory but with difficulty! Have a seperate utility room with new washing machine and drier. On street parking but plenty of room to park. Possible to drive car up to front of house when necessary but not park longterm. Have to consider carefully ref virus your occupation etc. Not desperately seeking but hoping the right person will turn up. Have had lodgers before.
