During the winter month we offer rooms on short term rent basis. No deposit required. No references needed. £295 Per Week. We live on site but both guest rooms/apartments have completely separate access.
Room one is 60sqm with a double bed and a single bed, large bathroom/ shower rooms and kitchenette. Own patio (smoker ok but will need to smoke on their own patio and not inside). Ample parking. All bills and wifi inc.
Room 2 has one double bed, a massive bathroom with separate bath and shower.
£295 per week, or £1,100 per calendar month.
Ideal for people who need good-quality, short term accommodation quickly. Don't book Travelodge - this is cheaper and a million times better!!!
