Near Oswestry town, leisure centre and industrial area. Good sized upstairs double room for single occupancy, with use of front living room downstairs (except university holiday weeks). Shower room next to your bedroom (no bath, shower only). Room was recently refurnished and decorated. Owners have separate living/lounge area. Quiet location with good roadside parking. Great kitchen with all mod cons. Short drive to Gobowen train station or hospital. Sharing with married couple (us) and our grown up son (who is hardly here). One well mannered dog, one nice cat.
