Large double rooms in professional house share

Hi we have two very large double rooms available in our recently renovated house in the centre of Oswestry.

The rooms are fully furnished. One if the rooms has its own large bathroom and the other shares a large new bathroom with one other tenant.

The new kitchen is fully appointed with utensils, dish washer, microwave etc. and there is a separate utility room with washing machine dryer and freezers.

Outside is a patio area and large garden laid to lawn.

There is a cleaner that comes once a fortnight to clean the shared areas and a gardener to maintain the lawn.

Bills included include utilities, council tax and internet.
