Executive double rooms in newly renovated house

Hi we have a large double room available in our recently renovated house in the centre of Oswestry.

The room is fully furnished and shares a large new bathroom with one other tenant.

The large, new kitchen is fully appointed with utensils, dish washer, microwave etc. and there is a separate utility room with washing machine dryer and freezers.

Outside is a patio area and large garden laid to lawn.

There is a cleaner that comes once a fortnight to clean the shared areas and a gardener to maintain the lawn.

Bills included include utilities, council tax and internet.
