Living with 36 year old female working from home and elderly dog.
Looking for a mature and responsible woman who does not tend to work from home. I need someone I can trust to keep doors and gates closed so the dog is safe. Also, someone who will not be in and out at all hours of the night. My dog is very elderly and this is her home and safe space and I don’t want her peace to be disturbed.
The top room is complete and ready for a lodger. It is entered via its own staircase so does not have a door but is still private.
The rest of the house is a work is progress but is completely liveable. Pictures to follow.
