Lovely room to let in Oswestry town

We have a lovely victorian house in a great location in the centre of Oswestry. The rent includes all bills, shared use of the kitchen, main use of the downstairs bathroom, laundry/utility, the dining/tv room and formal lounge room. The room has its own access via some back stairs thereby maintaining a level of privacy. The room has direct internet and tv connections.
Ideally we are looking for someone who's working and who is easy-going and friendly - just like us! :)
