Room with a view

I have a tastefully furnished period double room with original features in my terraced 3 bed cottage, in lovely friendly Pontesbury. The room has TV. Broadband, and access to shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden with covered area. There is a designated parking spot up the lane.
With beautiful views and a 20 min drive to Shrewsbury, (30 mins to Telford), there are also country walks from the house and the hills are within 10 min drive - lots of opportunity for hiking / cycling etc in beautiful scenery.
You would be sharing with myself and my 4year old cockapoo (non -shedding) - we are both very friendly 😊!!
It's a quiet but sociable situation- I work from home online and am a bit of a home bird (trying to get out more!!)
Looking for someone friendly and respectful who enjoys a quietish home but also easy conversation / humour who is looking for a part time convivial and relaxing space.
