Double room in the countryside

Double room with adjacent room available as your own lounge / dressing room in case our tv choices don't match.
Sole use of family bathroom except for the occasions when family stay over.
Shared kitchen, washing machine available.
Off road parking.

I'm a retired teacher, now enjoying my motorbike, my friends and some field studies teaching. I have two cats, so you need to be ok with them. I'd prefer females, but don't discount males if we click. I would consider couples for short term e. g while buying property having sold

LGBTQ+ friendly though am straight myself.
