Double room in rural location

Double room to let in detached family home. The property is a smallholding with poultry, donkeys and dogs. There is a large garden, obstacle croquet lawn, barbeque area (weather permitting) and plenty of parking. We are looking for a professional person who will respect our home. We would consider a dog owner, providing our dogs approve. Unfortunately there is no public transport service within walking distance so own transport would be a must.
