Large Double Room to Rent

Large Double Room to rent, with a mostly private bathroom (it is the only bathroom with a bath though so very occasionally I will want to use the bath). The picture doesn't show the shower but there is a large shower in there too. Tennant must be ok with dogs as I have a very excitable but friendly pup, he is quiet in the house (only alert barks when there is a postman / cat on the driveway). You will have private parking on a large driveway and access to the garden whenever you like. Shared access to kitchen/lounge room). I also have another snug room which I rarely use, access to that whenever you like. I don't mind if you are a smoker, however garden only - not in the house. I have a mixture of working from home and being in the office. Tennant agreement to be a rolling 30day contract, deposit required before moving in. Note. Picture of bedroom doesn't show wardrobe etc. yet as there isn't one, but I will be buying wardrobe and chest of drawers before anyone moves in.
