Large double bedroom to rent in a big 2 bedroom independent apartment (no one above, below or beside), part furnished (wardrobe, chest of drawers, and all white goods and utensils for kitchen). I am the sole occupant in the property and absolutely love it in this area - it's very quiet, easy access to the motorway and telford town center (5 minute drive to telford train station, telford town center, Stafford park), and is nice, modern and spacious apartment.

I am a full time worker. Clean, and laidback. All bills included, including fast fibre WiFi. 2 parking spaces for us to use, currently have 1 vehicle.

Preferably looking for a professional male or female, but will also consider mature students.
