Modern New Build 4 bedroom detached home in village just outside of Shrewsbury (Shawbury). 10 minute walk to the RAF base.
We're a young couple & have had a lodger for many years in our spare room, so are quite used to sharing our living space. We're looking for a friendly professional, who is clean & tidy and likes dogs!
Large shared kitchen/ dining room and large living room.
Double room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, draws & bedside table.
The bathroom is not en-suite, but the lodger will have mostly private access to it. We very rarely use it, an it is the room next to the lodgers room, so very easy. Bathroom consists on bath & over bath shower, toilet, basin & storage.
4th bedroom in the house is set up as a living room area for the lodger, so they can have their own space if needed in the evenings etc.
There are 2 large dog in the house, so no allergy suffers please. They're best GSP's, so are very friendly and boisterous!
Detached garage for storage of bike etc if required. Garage is currently set up as a gym, and the lodger can use this any time they like :).
We have a reasonably large garden to enjoy (in the sunshine :) ).
Lodger will have access to all home amenities inc. fridge/ kitchen cupboard space/ utensils and cooking equipment/ oven/ hob / microwave/ dishwasher / washer-dryer/ iron/ ironing board/ wifi etc.
