We have a lovely room with available in our quiet countryside home. Set in several acres of land, lots of outdoor space to enjoy.

The Room
The room is fully furnished with a king sized bed with comfy Silent Night mattress. Divan bed storage, 2 end tables, cabinet, desk and 4K TV. There is a large bathroom across the hall with toilet, shower and bath.

The House
The house has a private drive with gated entry. Safe off road parking for your car and garage storage for bikes etc. Large open plan kitchen, movie/gaming room and fully equipped home gym. Large garden with decking and patio seating area with a great amount of sun during the day.

The Location
Shawbury is the closest village and has a local co-op, petrol station and a few takeaways. There is a local gastro pub at the top of the road. Lots of lovely walks local too. Just 15 minutes from Shrewsbury Town Center, 10 minutes from Battlefield and 25 from Telford its a great peaceful base for commuters.

About Us
We are a professional working couple with no children, easy going and quiet. We are both into tech, gaming and movies. We like to keep fit enjoy spending time with our dogs. We have had a few lodgers in our previous home and have always had a good relationship with them, keeping in touch after they have moved on. Happy to watch some Netflix, share a drink or game together, but equally we give you your own space. We have two small dogs who are friendly.

What We Are Looking For
A friendly and tidy person who is respectful of others and shared space. Someone who is up for socialising and doing activities together and getting to know one another. Ideally, someone who is looking for more than just accommodation but a home. A dog lover is a must!
