Double room is offered to rent in a 3 bedroom house for a full time professional in Harlescott, Shrewsbury. The room is light, airy, overlooking the garden. The house is clean, light & quiet and has an unlimited fiber broadband. It is situated in a cul-de-sac with a communal parking. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house.
I am looking for a quiet , considerate, tidy person (any nationality), working full time.
I am a working professional and you will have only one flatmate to share the house with. The rest of the house is open for your use. There is one shared bathroom.

There is a back garden with a table & chairs. If you have a bike it can be stored in the outbuilding.
The house is on sale, so I consider short term room rent from 1 to 3 months ( the agreement will be confirmed on a monthly basis).
