The house is a modern 4 bedroom family home opposite the RSH in copthorne, shrewsbury. I have a furnished double room to rent within the home. The main bathroom is right next to the room and has a bath with over bath shower and is for use by the tenant. The room is furnished and has a built in wardrobe. Although the other bedrooms are private, all other areas are considered communal and can be shared. There is a large kitchen and dining area, and a separate lounge. There is a rear garden with shed and a large garage.
It's a lovely big home with plenty of space to share.
I work shifts in the police so I expect a certain level of consideration regarding this, which will obviously be reciprocated.
This is ideally for a single tenant but I will consider a couple for an extra £100 per month. This includes all bills, broadband and sky tv.
