Double Room for rent

I am a professional working male and currently own the house I live in, the house itself is 3 years old and fully furnished with super fast broadband, you can walk into town within 20 minutes or there is a bus stop outside and the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital is opposite the road

I work away a lot and I am at home on Average 3 nights a week, a note to the prospective tenant I do have my 15 year old son every other weekend and one day in the week, he has his own room and he Is like a cat, quite and likes to sit in his room.

I’m looking for someone who I’d like to think I can get along with and someone who will look after the house and keep it tidy.
