Room at Otter Lodge (River View)

This marvelous house has 1 room available, the room is on the first floor, furnished with carpeted floor and built in wardrobe, plus separate wardrobe. There's double bed, bed side cabinet and large chest of drawers
The house has been fully decorated since the photographs were taken. There’s a good sized bathroom with separate shower cubicle, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer. The kitchen opens on to a patio with fantastic views along the river. Steps lead down to the river where there is mooring for a boat and a patio to sit and enjoy the river. You may be lucky enough to see an Otter or Kingfisher here in the evenings. The gardens along the river are mainly un-fenced allowing great views. The garden has areas for growing vegetables and fruit if you feel the urge.
The lounge has 2 large comfy sofas, a large flat screen T. V with cinema surround system. There’s a view out to the garden and river from here too.
It’s a very short walk to the town centre, over Greyfriars Bridge or Kingsland Bridge. Coleham shops include a very good butcher, a Spar and various takeaways
There is a fourth room at the top of the house, I occasionally use this room when I’m visiting Shrewsbury for work or to see my family.
The cost for the room includes utility bills, broadband and T. V license, the only additional cost is for a weekly cleaner. This works out to be £30 per month per person. .
