Description

My current lodger is moving to a new job in November, so looking for a friendly replacement.

Semi detached house in a cul-de-sac within walking distance to the train station and town centre (10-15mins). Monthly amount includes all bills, you’ll only need to buy food etc.

I’m easy to get on with and laid back accountant, looking for a like minded person to share with.

I have asecure garage and there is space for two cars on the drive.

I also have:
- 49” widescreen TV with free view including Netflix
- fridge/freezer
- gas oven/hob
- washer dryer
- plenty of storage space
- conservatory
- New shared bathroom with shower and bath (will be fitted first week of November)
- patio at rear
- lots of kitchen storage space.

The house is 3 bed, the spare room is currently being used an an office for home-working.

I regularly cook meat and I do not wish to live with a smoker.
