I am a friendly live-in landlord working from home. The house quiet, clean and close to town.

Bedroom 1
Middle floor, front bedroom, king bed, two bedside drawer units with lamps, one separate tall storage unit, one triple wardrobe with lower storage drawers and one full length mirror. All furniture in solid oak. All surfaces covered with safety glass.
Mattress protector provided.
No linen provided
Desk and chair included.

Bedroom 2
Middle floor, rear bedroom, double bed, one bedside drawer unit with reading lamp, large separate tall storage unit and 1 large double wardrobe with centre rail for trousers. All furniture in Canadian redwood. All surfaces covered with safety glass. Mattress protector provided. No linen.
Desk and chair included.

Bathroom
Exclusively located between bedroom 1 and 2 on the middle floor.
Shared with one other.
Bath / Shower.
Toilet.
Wash basin.
Large wall mirror.
Mirrored storage unit with 2 shelves (good for two people).

The rest of the house.
Nice living room with 55 ins curved 4K TV, Netflix. Leather triple sofa bench and single directors chair. Power recliners
in all.

Kitchen
Has 2m large fridge/freezer with empty and clean storage. Two empty food cupboards ready for use. Microwave, toaster, induction hob with pans, separate electric oven, washing machine. Shared use of all facilities.

Corgi (comprehensive) plan covers the house in the event of maintenance.
The rooms are for NON SMOKING OR VAPING and based on one person dwelling.

Linen included with both rooms.

10 mins from Shrewsbury town centre.

10 mins from train station.

Just some info about me; I am a professional design engineer with a lovely fiancé (unfortunately not living in the house ), I am easy going and I am looking forward to sharing my home with a professional, tidy, trustworthy and respectful person.

The dwelling is for the purpose of working working professionals. Mainly for those who want a decent nights sleep without being kept awake by others.

HOUSE RULES

1. No personal belongings left out around the house, lodgers bedroom is where it all needs to be kept.

2. All lodgers are non-smokers / non-vapers.

3. No visitors from lodgers (the house is small it helps prevent it getting crowded - along with gas and elec. out of control).

4. Everyone chips in with the weekly house clean that lasts 10-20 mins depending on what needs doing (vacuuming, kitchen, work surfaces, toilets, bathrooms).

5. Kitchen dishes and utensils clean and put away after use every day. Thus keeping the draining board free for others.

6. As it is a working household, to make the effort to have things quiet down after 09.30 pm.
