Double room available, rural area

I have a spare room to let out to the right person, I am looking for an honest and mature person, preferably male, who is willing to integrate into our family, help about the house and take care of things when I am away. The house is a detached chapel in the rural village of Ford Heath, about 7miles from Shrewsbury town centre. The room has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, table and chair. The kitchen and tv room is shared with myself and my husband, we use the kitchen a lot but we rarely watch tv. You must like dogs as we are getting a new puppy soon. My husband works shifts so is coming and going at odd hours, he is pretty quiet though. We have a small garden, parking is in a layby just outside, neighbours are lovely. We would not like to share with anyone who takes (non prescribed) drugs or drinks excessively or plays loud music. In our spare time we like do crafts that can clutter the place up sometimes. We also travel a lot so sometimes you will have total peace and quiet.
