COMMUNAL AREAS
The property has a large sociable kitchen/diner and communal living area with 2 sofas and a large 50” wide screen smart TV, with BT vision and BT Sports included along with Netflix etc.
This all means a superb area for relaxing and socialising after a day at work or during the weekend.

The contemporary kitchen has a table and chairs and ample cupboard space. Everything you could want to prepare your favourite meals after a hard day at the office including a range cooker, microwave, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, toaster etc. You may also be interested to know that the washing machine and dryer are located for your convenience in a separate utility area so as not to impact on your enjoyment of the great communal areas.

And of course, Super Fast Fibre-Optic Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the house and included in the rent so you can benefit from the fastest internet speeds available. Every room has a TV point, USB sockets and a hard-wired internet connection. What’s more and is especially important in the current climate a weekly cleaning service is provided in the communal / shared areas in addition to a gardening service to keep your home and kitchen looking pristine, clean and safe!

OUTDOOR LIVING
Parking is available on the front driveway. To the rear of the house there is a large private garden and a patio area which is a real sun trap, with a table, chairs and BBQ...Perfect for relaxing with a drink on those social summer weekends and evenings. 2 new sheds are also provided for you for bike storage. LOCATION
The property is located near the Battlefield area of Shrewsbury, close to all local amenities. Within a short walk of the Battlefield Enterprise Park and a range of Retail Outlets and shops for your convenience. It is approximately 2 miles from Shrewsbury Town Centre and the train station. There is also a bus stop conveniently located near the property, to get you to the town centre easily or further afield.
