Everything you could want to prepare your favourite meals after a hard day at the office including a range cooker, microwave, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, toaster etc. You may also be interested to know that the washing machine and dryer are located for your convenience in a separate utility area so as not to impact on your enjoyment of the great communal areas.

The property is located near the Battlefield area of Shrewsbury, close to all local amenities. Within a short walk of the Battlefield Enterprise Park and a range of Retail Outlets and shops for your convenience. It is approximately 2 miles from Shrewsbury Town Centre and the train station. There is also a bus stop conveniently located near the property, to get you to the town centre easily or further afield.
