- No personal belongings left out around house, lodgers bedroom is where it all needs to be kept.

- No smoking inside the house

- No visitors from lodgers (as four bed house, it helps stop the house get crowded)

- Everyone chips in with the weekly quick 10 minute house clean (hoovering, mop, work surfaces)

- As it a working professional household, to be considerate having things quiet down after 9:30pm
