Double Room For Rent

I'm currently looking to rent my third bedroom in my house.
All bills are included.
This is a three bedroom property.

I have a 5 year old short haired collie, with a soft temperament, so it's crucial that you're okay living with a very loveable dog.


Ideally we would like the the second house mate to be someone that is hard working, tidy and respectful to fit in with the current dynamic. (myself and my lodger)


The property has 3 loos. One loo downstairs, one loo and bath on the 1st floor, that I've had recently converted to a shower / bath combo) That you can view in the video I have uploaded. The third is in my ensuite.

There is also a small garden which will be good for BBQs come the summer.
The double room is furnished with a dresser, shelves, double bed and mattress.

I am located in a good new build area that is away from the traffic and noise and only a short distance from some amazing country walks.
Haughmond Woods is a 5/10 minute drive and a 30 minute walk. Also close by is Battlefield business park, (less than 10 minute walk)

I am a five minute walk from JD Gyms and also a 5 minute walk to the local McDonalds - which ever takes your fancy. I'm also in a good location if you commute to Telford but want the luxury of living in Shrewsbury.
