New build - King size room - Shrewsbury

Hi I'm Pete. 34. Dentist & Ex Royal Air Force. 
I am looking for someone to move into my house and share the 3 bed house space. It's currently myself and one other younger male housemate. His & my partner come visit also. 🏳️‍🌈 guests are always welcome.

Room is a King size bed. All of it is Brand new. I kitted it out and built it all this last month storage in headboard, under bed drawers, chest drawers, and large wardrobe. Shared bathroom with 1 other housemate. I have the room above upstairs, with own bathroom.

Living room and kitchen downstairs joined with bi-folding doors to the garden. It backs onto the slow train line so you do hear these, but you get used to it as background noise. I'm used to living on an air base and I don't even notice now. Your bedroom is front of the house so you won't hear the trains.

There is no parking in front of the house, but there is parking on the street outside the barriered complex

I love a house plant as you can tell, national trust fan, mainly to get the steps in. I gym at JD gym, try eat healthy food, although a rubbish cook, I'm all about a fish finger wrap.  I am around during the week and on and off at weekends so if I'm not in then you have the house all to yourself or other housemate if in, but again they go away too.
I used to rent rooms from spare room, so I'm looking for an experience like I used to get. All included bills. Will need reference from previous landlord.
