Large double room- NO DEPOSIT

I am currently looking for a housemate to occupy my unfurnished spare double room. The house has a large open plan kitchen/diner with dishwasher and separate living area with log burner. Separate downstairs w/c, shared family bathroom upstairs. large driveway and garden.
There is also additional storage space in the garage.
**I have two very well behaved Labrador’s who I’m often up with early in the morning, and out with them the majority of the weekend too. I’m very easy going, considerate and clean so I’m looking for a housemate of similar ilk, the dogs aren’t allowed upstairs and there is a weekly cleaner.
Shrewsbury town centre is just a short 20 minute walk away and we have the Reabrook nature reserve on our door step. The property is fully furnished but ideally you would need to bring your own bedroom furniture (this is why I haven’t added an initial deposit)
I work during the day 9am- 5:30pm occasionally popping back over lunchtime for the dogs.
