Single room available from April 1st. The room is carpeted with a built-in wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, & chest of drawers. The bed is almost new & very comfortable, bed linen, quilts & pillows are provided. There is a shared bathroom & separate toilet. There is a large downstairs living room & kitchen to share. The garden is accessible during the summer months. The house is in a quiet leafy suburb.

All bills except Gas are included. We share the Gas bill so it is quite affordable to keep warm. Although I live at the address I have my own self-contained living space with my own kitchen & bathroom. I use the living room occasionally & we share the washing machine.
