Comfortable & Cosy 'ladies house' in quiet leafy residential suburb of Shrewsbury within walking distance of Shrewsbury Hospital, shops & Post Office etc.
The rent is:

£400 per month for part time use.
£450 per month for full time use.

The available room is a pleasant large single room (could accommodate a double bed if preferred) & includes: fitted carpet, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, bedside lamp, luxury bed. Electric blanket for extra warmth during winter months. There is a separate toilet & bathroom which you will share with one other female house-mate.

Bed linen, pillows & duvet are provided if required & towels can be provided if required.

The shared living/dining room is spacious with comfortable good quality sofa, coffee table, TV, fireplace & dining table & chairs.

The shared kitchen has everything you need including microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, oven & hob etc & you have your own fridge (there are 2 fridges - one for each housemate).

Tea towels & dish cloths, cutlery, mugs, coffee pot, crockery & a range of kitchen utensils are provided.

This is a friendly quiet household. The house is within walking distance of Copthorne Park, Co-Op shop, Chemist, Post Office & Shrewsbury Hospital & The Redwoods. Buses are close by & the town centre is 20 minutes walk.

Landlady lives on site in totally separate accommodation only sharing the washing machine & drying facilities.

There is a garden for summertime use.
