The house, with parking, is in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular area of Belle Vue, close to the centre of town, as well as Coleham and Asda. The bathroom is shared with one other person.
The room is for a professional person or mature student working in the area during the week, but goes home at the weekend to another part of the country.
