South facing private gardens. Walking distance to hospital. Wi-Fi. Bills included. Female lodger preferred due to there being children at the house. No overnight male guests pls for same reason. Preference will be for professional / student with dbs checks done via work and references ideally. 1st floor En-suite room available from November.
