Hello,
I am considering letting my annexe on a lodger type agreement. It is mostly self contained however there is no cooker, this is located in the main residence.
There is also very restricted independent access (circa 50cm width) so this maybe unsuitable for some persons.
Walking with shopping is fine, but bulky items need to be bought in via the main residence.
The property has a WC, Electric shower, sink with anti fog LED mirror.
The bedroom is suitable for a three quarter double bed any bigger and the room gets a bit tight, a single bed would provide more space.
The living area consists of a few small cupboards, sink, drawers, space for fridge / microwave, a breakfast bar room for a small tv and very small 2 seater or 1 armchair.
There is a small garden which is shared with the house, it's a sun trap.
The place is located near the English Bridge, bus stop opposite.
5 min walk to Longden Coleham.
There is no parking available, and no bicycle access (unless you fold the handle bars straight) due to the access restriction.
All bills including wifi are included apart from electricity, this is on a PAYG key card which you go to the shop to top up and insert it into the meter for credit.
Heating is by wall mounted oil electric radiators, it is double glazed however it is an old Victorian building, so cheap heating costs are not to be expected.
This is most suitable for a quiet professional single person - it is not big enough for a couple, ideal for someone who works at the RSH.
The property is surrounded by quiet neighbours so no parting here unless you want them all knocking on the door!
