Double room in detached Victorian house

So my current lodger is in the process of buying her own place and so I will be looking for a quiet working professional to house share with me in my Victorian detached house in Belle Vue. Dates are yet to be confirmed exactly but wanted to get in there early to find someone lovely. It’s a beautiful house with lots of character and I’ve tried to keep it quite clutter free so it’s a calm and relaxing space.

The room has recently been redecorated and had the carpet stripped and floorboards sanded and varnished. It’s a lovely calm space and gets the sun so it’s a bright and airy room. It has a built in wardrobe in the corner (can’t really see from the photos), double lined black out curtains, a double bed and bedside table and there will also be a wardrobe / desk depending on what the new person would prefer.

It’s a 3 bed (3rd bedroom is through the main so acts as an office / dressing room) with a dining room, lounge, kitchen, outdoor shed, outdoor utility room and pretty garden. On street parking. Short walk to town. Lovely community feel street. Quiet and calm.

All bills included.
A beautiful, calm environment which would suit a working professional who needs a calm space to relax after work.

Must love dogs. Home working considered. Additional bills to be agreed for a full time home worker.
