We are a working family with a loving female dog. We have available a double fully furnished room. The room has walk in wardrobe and toilet just off the room, it also have own kitchen with breakfast bar, only thing that is shared is washing machine. There is private off street parking and use off a lovely garden. The house is detached down a quiet cul de sac and only 15 minutes walk to country side river walks. It is a 30 to 40 minutes walk to town center and local bus from top of the street.
We are a friendly family and looking for a professional working person who has respect for others.
Work reference will be required to ensure a suitable person.
