Spare Room Close to Train Station

Hi there :)

My current flatmate is moving out in the new year, meaning my spare bedroom is now available once again.

About me:
I'm 29, I work in London fairly frequently so you'll have the house to yourself around 3 days a week most weeks. I've just got a kitten (Polly), who's adorable, so you'll need to love cats and be happy to look after her when I'm not home.

I work in events, so travel a fair amount when I'm not home seeing friends + family.

The house is on a quiet street, a 10min walk to Shrewsbury train station with street parking. I'm slowly renovating the house, but it's got a lovely garden and log burner that's just been installed.

Your room comes unfurnished, with a lovely view over the gardens behind. It's very quiet, plenty of room for a double bed and a desk.

Bills are on top of the rent, but usually around £120 per month depending on summer versus winter.
