This is a pleasant and spacious three bedroom home. We are very friendly and laid back, looking for someone similar.

The available room is furnished only with a double bed and built in wardrobe. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The communal areas are comprised of a living room, dining room, kitchen and outhouse (the latter is used primarily for storage.)
The house is located on a quiet street with decent sized gardens at the front and rear.
There is plenty of on street parking and we are also directly opposite a bus stop which will take you straight into town. The train station and town centre are both within walking distance also.

Finally, we do have a cat, so if you have no pets that would be ideal.

The rent for this room is £500 pcm

References, guarantor and credit checks are conducted on all tenants.

The rooms are rented separately and bills for TV licence, Council tax, gas, water, electricity, internet are not included.
