Spacious, Cosy Bedroom with Workspace

Hi! Will here - the live-in owner of the property.

I’ve recently renovated this lovely bedroom with a brand new double bed and mattress, large corner workspace and two huge wardrobes along with freshly painted walls and art to make it feel as cosy as possible!

The rest of the house is spacious and warm, and as I’m living solo right now, there’s loads of extra cupboard space in the kitchen, lounge for your day to day living. The open lounge/dining space is welcome to be used anytime, as is the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. There’s space to share in the back garden too, if that’s your thing.

The house has a driveway and street parking which I’m happy to share. It’s located a ten minute walk from Shrewsbury train station and 15 mins from Pride Hill, the centre of the town. Equally, the M54 is a short distance away if you commute.

I have another, smaller room that I’m looking to make available to lodge in from October time, as I’d like to trial the lodging setup with someone first. So currently it’s just me living here. I’m super relaxed - all I ask is that you’re a friendly, tidy person who is generally easy going. Ideally I’m looking for someone who is a postgrad student or young working professional.
