2 bedroom cottage on the Berwick Estate. It right opposite the main house, so beautiful views and surrounded by lovely parkland.
There is parking and a garden.

Only 10 minutes form Shrewsbury centre.

There's a kitchen, sitting room with an open fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower) and an office/dining room that I use as my art studio.

I've just moved in and I want to renovate it a bit - repaint it, add some panelling and sort the interiors etc to make it look homely :)

There is a bed and sidetables in the spare bedroom (I'm away but will re-take a recent photo of room when I back - that's a photo from when I first moved in).

It's £450 per month and bills are:
Electricity - £150
Council tax - £217
Oil in winter - £2000 (say £167 pm)
So split between 2 people would be approx £270

I am 31 and a florist, artist & wellbeing coach - I run events and retreats at Berwick too :) I'm also restoring their walled garden - so if you like gardening there is a 2/3 acre secret garden to have fun with!
