House Share Near to Shrewsbury Hospital

Greetings, I'm looking to let the spare room in my property near to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. It is a two bedroom house with shared use of Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room and Conservatory. The only other person that would be living at the property is myself but I am not at the property 7 days a week as I typically spend 2-3 nights away.

The great news is that I have just finished redecorating the spare bedroom and bathroom so the walls have been painted and the doors glossed. The room includes a new bed, drawers and a large built in wardrobe, see photos.

The rent includes the household bills so council tax, gas and electricity, TV license, Internet and water bills.

The rent also includes use of the kitchen with use of a washing machine, cooker, oven, fridge freezer, new microwave plus kitchen items such as plates, cooking utensils and saucepans.

There is a TV in the living room but I don't have sky since I hardly watch it. There's a parking space which belongs to the property if you have a car.

About me... I work in addition to my studies with the open university, I regularly attend fitness classes at a local gym and I am close to my family. I would prefer a female lodger since I am female but I will consider pets.
