Double room to rent

Double room to rent, my lodger of 11 years is moving out at the end of October and room will be fully refurbished and be available at the end of November 2025 - hence no photographs

Fully furnished including tv with SkyQ and Netflix

House
Shared bathroom recently refitted with bath and separate shower
Kitchen was refitted approx 3 years ago includes integral microwave, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher
Super fast broadband
There is a garage for storage units
Plenty of garden space, which gets the sun all day

I do have an electric car charger - use of this would need to be negotiated and an additional charge for electricity.

All bills included: council tax, utilities (accept car charger electricity), broadband, skyQ

PLEASE NOTE I have 3 cats, they are friendly but do like fuss

About me
I work Monday to Friday 9-5, I work 2/3 days at home the other days in the office. Ideally looking for a professional person

There are a couple of house rules:
shared cleaning of areas
No outdoor shoes on the carpets - sorry they are new
Must like cats
No late night parties

5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, about 25 minutes walk to the railway station, easy access to A5. There is only parking for one car on the drive but there is plenty of on road parking

5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket
